The worst company I have ever worked with. My washing machine and dryer has been broken since Feb. and now that my 13 month lease is almost up, I'm glad I never really got the chance to have a waser and dryer....

never follow up

Once they come the fist time they never follow up with you on the job. HOrrible customer service, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor. I would definitely not use them again.

HOrrible experience

These people came to fix my washing machinee and it has been 4 weeks since they came and charged me $80 bucks. They have no response to what is the part number for the machine. If I do not call them, I never receive any updates as of what's going on or if and when the technician will come back. They act on the phone as if they are doing you a favor. They sure cashed the check tough. It was supposedly going to be applied towards the repair, that never happens, because they are still "researching". How long do you think it takes to research a part number??? 5 minutes? One week? Well, these people are still researching after 4 weeks... Don't waste your money with these people. They are extremely unprofessional. Crooks, they just wanted the $80 bucks!!

I have used AJ Appliance several times over the past few years to fix my stupid washing machine. They are polite, arrive on time, do very good work and are cheap.
