Same day service guarantee can get you free work done if you have the time to be rescheduled. I scheduled an appointment for them to install a faucet in my kitchen that I had purchased at Home Depot. I didn't really need the same day service guarantee, but when they tried to reschedule me because they were busy, I reminded them of their ad in the phone book about same day service. The girl put me on hold and came back on a minute later and told me that my call qualified for the same day guarantee, and that they would be out the next day to install the faucet for free and that all I would have to pay for was the parts. Guess what? They didn't even charge me for the parts that they used off their truck. If you have the time, wait them out and let them live up to their guarantee. It worked for me.

These guys are con artists who charge outrageous rates and refuse to do simple plumbing work when that's all that's necessary. I had a small plumbing leak out of my bathtub drain. Gillece showed up.. and after trying to sell me a membership to their "discount club" they proceeded to quote me a price a for a full bathroom remodel at $10,000 dollars... a price for redoing all of my bathroom fixtures at over $2500 and finally $1200 to redo the overflow and tub drain lines. When I explained to the "plumber" that I simply wanted the slow leak fixed by replacing the one PVC pipe from the tub that wasn't sealed properly he refused to do this work. I paid their $65 fee to come to my house and told them I'd find someone else to do the work. After all that, this person made a snide remark telling me to "call the health department" when I get improper work done. I then found a local reputable company that did the exact work I requested for $265. Deal with these con artists at your own risk. They don't care in the slightest to do the work... they're looking to take you for every last nickel they can. Beware!

Very quick. I called them Friday at noon, and they had a plumber out to my house by 2:00 PM. The work was completed quickly - repaired leaking bathtub drain coming down through ceiling. Bill is a great representative of the company and did the little extra things that make me want to hire this company again if I need anything else.

Gillece charges 10x what the job should cost. They show up quickly, work fast and get the job done, but will take you for every cent they can get. They lied to me and my housemate about the extent of the damage to our plumbing and encouraged us to sell our house cheap (to them) rather than spend big bucks to fix the problem. For what they charge for an 8th grader's 2 day's work, you can go to tech school and become a registered plumber and rip people off yourself. If you value your assets, keep shopping.

'They will HOSE YOU!' The way this company inflates their prices should be a crime. If you want to get hosed, then by all means hire this company. They will come to your house to do the "free scope". They will tell you they can't get through your cast iron pipe. They will tell you that the scope is not "for you" but "for them" and that they are not going to tell you where the problem is. They will then tell you that it will cost you 4,300 just to excavate to get past your cracked trap to do the video inspection. They will then arrogantly ask you if your "ready to sign on". They will tell you that they don't do paper estimates, and that the going rate for "your area" for sewer line repairs is 4,000 per day. If you have a brain and don't have issues with your temper, you will, instead of telling them to get the hell out of your house, kindly ask them to leave, apologize for wasting their time and you will then go to a plumbing company that actually cares about you and your family by way of not just wanting your money, and you will have your scope done and your trap repaired and it will cost you between 750.00 and 900.00 dollars. This is what I did and this was the exact experience I had with the gilece employee that showed up at my house to do my "free scope" and "free verbal estimate"
